Hallo-queen How To: Wonder Woman

It’s about time this DC Comics girl boss got her own movie!

We just had to add Wonder Woman to our Hallo-queen How To series. We’re all about that girl power!

Charisma Star put together an incredible tutorial recreating the Amazonians princess' look.

Today, we'll show you how to create Charisma’s Wonder Woman look, using our products to help you nail Wonder Woman's elegant and sophisticated, yet fierce and fearless look.

Wonder Woman is out-of-this-world flawless.

Thankfully, with the help of foundation and concealer, we can fake it ‘til we make it!

Now, of course our girl crush is a naturally contoured goddess! If only we were all born with knock-out cheekbones … Sigh!  

Follow our step-by-step How To Become The Contouring Queen! tutorial where we explain how to achieve a chiselled look.

For this tutorial, we will be referring to BH Cosmetics Modern Neutrals 28 Color Eyeshadow Palette. Feel free to use similar colours you make already have!

Take a matte white eyeshadow (#1) and highlight your brow bones, inner corners, the bridge of your nose and your cupid’s bow.

With a flat eyeshadow brush, take a light, neutral shade (#2) and apply that to your lids as a base shadow. 

Take a copper brown shade (#3) on a fluffy blending brush and apply it along the crease with a light hand, steadily increasing the intensity. Diffuse that dark colour with a lighter, rosy shade which can be achieved by mixing the two labelled colours (#4). 

Repeat the same steps for the lower lash line – applying the brown shade first, and then blending with the rosy shade.

Further deepen the eyes by tight-lining with a brown eyeliner pencil. 

With a black liquid liner or kohl liner, create a thick, intense line along the upper lash line. 

To add a subtle pop of gold, apply gold liner above the black line you created.

For more intensity, dampen an angled brush and apply a gold eyeshadow pigment instead. Keep those hands steady!

Curl your lashes and apply mascara in preparation for some fabulous falsies!

Choose a pair of false lashes that are thicker at the base and feather out, like Revlon’s Lengthen Eyelashes or Get Lashed London’s Get Stunning.

Wonder Woman’s brows are fiercely arched. When filling in your brows, try to arch them a little more than usual.

Now for a pout that shows everyone that you mean business!

Line your lips with a pinkish-nude lip liner and complete that with a matching lipstick like LA Girl’s Endless Kisses.

Finish it off with a touch of shiny, nude lipgloss on the centre of the lips to mute the pink slightly, but really bring out some gorgeous gleam.

Get your glow on by applying a golden highlight like LA Girl’s 50 Watt Strobing Powder to the high points of your face, as well as along your décolletage and shoulders.

Curl your hair and wear your Wonder Woman outfit with pride for all that she represents!
