Our New Customer Accounts – What’s Changed?

We’ve upgraded to Shopify’s new customer account system to make your experience faster, easier and more secure.

Here’s everything you need to know.

Logging In Is Now Password-Free

The biggest change?

You no longer need to remember a password.

How it works now:

1. Click Account / Log In

2. Enter your email address

3. We’ll send you a secure 6-digit login code

4. Enter the code — and you’re in!

That’s it.

This is called a one-time login code (sometimes known as a magic code). It’s more secure and removes the need to reset forgotten passwords.

 What Happened to My Old Password?

Your previous account details are still there — but passwords are no longer used.

If you previously had an account:

• Simply enter the same email address you used before

• Check your inbox for your login code

• Access your full order history and details as normal

No need to create a new account.

 What Can I Do Inside My Account?

Once logged in, you can:

• View past orders

• Track current orders

• Reorder quickly

• Update your details

• Manage saved addresses

Everything is designed to be faster and easier than before.

 I Didn’t Receive My Login Code

If you don’t see the code:

• Check your spam or junk folder

• Make sure you entered the correct email

• Wait 1–2 minutes and request a new code

 Do I Need to Create a New Account?

No.

If you’ve shopped with us before and used your email at checkout, you already have an account — even if you never set a password.

Just log in using your email and the code system.

 Is This Secure?

Yes — this system is more secure than passwords.
