GET YOUR JELLYFLOWER LIP ON

Jelly Lipsticks. We cannot cope.
Jelly Lipsticks. They’ve taken over the internet, or at least they’re vying with the Kardashians for a large portion of it, so we thought we’d give them a go. All mysterious up in their clear, floral business, Jelly Flower lipsticks have tantalised us and so it was with much, much excitement, a squeal or two and a “where are the scissors? We NEED them, gimme, gimme, gimme”, that we delve into the boxes to unpack what lies within.
The JELLY LIPSTICK came up smelling ROSES
But the colour doesn’t bedazzle until lipstick has its way! There is SO MUCH at stake.
The Lipstick is:
AND A MOISTURISER!
We HAD to take the Jelly Lipstick for a roll AND what happened?
WELL, WE COULDN’T BELIEVE OUR LIPS!
There is LEGITIMATELY a flower in the centre of the lipstick. Arrmarrgarrsh, it is the cutest most precious thing! The clear colour of the lipstick intrigues us but the slight taint of pink, purple and light orange calls us to apply it to our lips. Each Chrysanthemum flower matches the promised colour and so it all goes together very nicely.
The smell is ENTHRALLING, the scent is a combination of the delicious lollies of your past, the carnival atmosphere swirling around and the floral perfume that wafts around us as spring draws near. We wanted to NOM on the lipstick. Controlling ourselves, we actually applied it.
Now like most reasonable people we were sceptical of the promise that it would CHANGE COLOUR according to our body temperatures. After we applied it we waited like excited kindies to see what would happen.
THEY. CHANGED. COLOUR. INSTANTLY.
We nearly fell off our office chairs.
After recovering we read the INGREDIENTS. All NATURAL. All ORGANIC. The goodness just kept on coming.
They are so fun, do what they say they will do, are really feminine but light and natural at the same time. They FEEL great on the lips, help them HEAL and REJUVENATE while delivering a GORGEOUS colour and gloss. So. Much. Yes.
Hmmm. While the packaging leaves something to be desired and yes, the pink works with our feminine sensibilities but the general vibe that is left is on the cheaper side. Yet packaging is packaging and won’t make our lips shine!
